As revealed in the foot

WITH TOWEL AND LOTION

My wife comes to me with her feet

asking for a massage. How can it be

anything but privilege? Every organ

of the body reveals itself in the foot.

We have been together

for half a century.

She instructs me as we go,

leads me to difficult tissue.

She has walked with me

through all of my failures.
